RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase or order number.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact us through the Contact Us page and include your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send products back without prior authorization. After your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable U.S. return address. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns or items ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos when applicable. We will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS

Opened or used personal-care and hygiene products cannot be returned when they cannot safely be resold. Gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, hazardous materials, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Regular discounted or sale merchandise remains eligible unless it is clearly marked “Final Sale.”

EXCHANGES

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange the appropriate replacement at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

We will inspect your return and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, the return terms above apply.
