SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. FULFILLMENT

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the carrier.

DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us through the Contact Us page so we can assist.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. The 3–7 business-day estimate applies to U.S. orders. Availability and delivery estimates for other destinations, if offered, will be displayed at checkout.
